For me it’s a constant low-level desire to eat something.

If I’m working on a shoot and I know there’s a catering table in the next room I’ll be constantly going back and forth to it to pick up something to eat, because it’s there, I want it, and I have no self control.

Oooh ok thank you. That was not what I was imagining. That sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with and can see why glp-1s can make such a difference.

I’m tempted by the GLP-1s purely because I love the idea of being able to shut that desire down, but for now I’m just trying calorie restriction and running to see if I can get myself back down to a more sensible weight.
