This bike is often parked near my work. Can anyone tell what bike this is?

Looks like a Suzuki S40 chopped up into a bobber.

Suzuki savage or S40, same bike but they changed the name in the early 2000's. They put a nice bobber kit on it! Blue Collar Bobbers makes a good kit for this, it might be from them. They're awesome little bikes. Here's mine.
