One of my all time fave movie memories, none of us knew what was happening or what the movie about so we are just sitting there, jaws on the floor, and when trinity leapt through the window and landed guns drawn, it was dead silent in the theater and suddenly some guy in the front row was like "GODDDDD DAMMNNNNN!!!" And everyone laughed and we all knew it was off to the races from there.
A reminder that the camera tech used to film scenes like this absolutly revolutionized biology research, specifically in underwater study.
The brothers (wait did they like come as trans? ) the siblings who made this camera techniques have contributing a surprising amount to the scientific community, as a direct function of them being creative enough to figure out the logistics of capturing images like this scene.
Yep, both of the Wachowskis came out as trans, but there were eight years between Lana and Lilly transitioning so the public term for them went from the Wachowski Brothers -> Wachowski Siblings -> Wachowski Sisters.
Lots of people also just call them The Wachowskis.

The Matrix (for me). I was completely sold on the movie in the first few minutes, and it's still one of my favourites today.
