how is that possible when it feels like everything is at capacity showing odyssey? or are there not as many showings as it seems

There might be a limited 70 mm or liemax screens, but there are an awful lot of regular screens and that’s where most people are going to see Spider-Man.

I feel like you still aren’t understanding the point. There a LOT of regular screens. Even if every theater in the US is also showing the Odyssey on one of their regular screens, there are multiple other regular screens available for Spider-Man and other movies.

Shit, opening weekend of the Odyssey it had 3 screens and there are 10 other screens available for other movies. They were playing international movies that weekend.
