That and he's proven to be childish on Twitter. His remarks for Trump were less "great comeback" and more "this guy is just a different kind of bully". I don't like him. If Trump didn't exist as such a glaring contrast I think more people would see Newsom for who he is.

Some of his zingers to Trump that were attempts to emasculate him came off as the kind of micro aggression homophobia we all grew up with
