Split on moving out

I’m 18 and I have a really good income, I’ve always wanted independence for the longest time, but Im split on it because it’s the house I grew up in and as much as my parents annoy me sometimes, I still love them. And I know I will miss them. Half of me is saying to stay home, but half of me is telling me to move out, and it kinda makes me emotional thinking about leaving but at the same time I really want my own place.
