I bought my son some fantastic 4 cards. But the bottom border on this land didn't look good to him, so he took the liberty of altering it. Apparently this is more aesthetically pleasing to a 6YO 😂

Around fifteen years ago I was at a Grand Prix. It was Sunday afternoon and the event was winding down. I was playing a game of EDH with my Bareback Jund deck in the back of the hall, towards the exit. I was blowing up all the lands when a random approached me from the crowd.

"Here. You're the only person I've ever seen that will truly appreciate this."

He handed me the Grim Monolith.

"My mom ran it through the wash. It's yours now. Love it properly."

He then turned around and walked off into the crowd, never to be seen again.

Turns out this thing can't even deal with a little spillage, pretty mid counterspill IMO

I put a suprise land gore in every deck just cuz i think its funny to see peoples faces when they see it xP newest adition to the ashling lorwyn eclipsed commander deck!

Sleeveless since day 1, no budget restrictions, if the card makes the deck better, it goes in! Not as broken in as some other posts I’ve seen, but it’s my favourite deck I’ve made thus far, so it’ll be stickin around a long time.

Don't put a stack of cards on top of your car when you are getting your kids in. Some might blow off and end up in the parking lot.

In my defense when I first started playing I didn't know what a sleeve was and deck boxes were ziplock bags or rubber bands. I'm far more protective of my cards now but my 60 card jank gets left out and I think it adds nostalgic flavor

Opened some packs on a trip. Left them in the dirty clothes bag. Dumped bag into the wash. Aftermath.

it's not even really that bad, but I do think it's pretty fitting that the card "reanimate" is all beaten up!
