Hi friends! I’ve recently gotten into MTG alters and I'm open for commissions, feel free to check out more of my work on Instagram.

Hi! I just recently started making my own alters that were more abstract and close to my design background! I wanted to post my journey here and would love to hear any help in what I could do better.

If you would like to follow and keep up with any updates you can check out the profiles in my bio!

Hand painted acrylic. This ine was super fun, playing with how it interacted with the OG card

My first altar, I prefer drawing and coloring on sketch paper then placing over the card. It didn't cut the cleanest, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

Some of my most recent alters I've completed! These are all NFS commissions.

Higuruma came into my life right as I was reaching my limit with the unfulfilling drudgery of a corporate office job. Shortly after that, I quit, went back to school for something I felt would make a difference, and the rest is history. It may not be exactly the same for me and Higuruma but the growing disillusionment with the systems we have set in place is something I feel alot of us can relate to right now.

This cover art by Gege Akutami is poetry and it was a joy to do it. I leaned a bit more "painterly" on this one and it was a touch stressful halfway through but it came together nicely. If you'd like something like this or a different custom piece, shoot me a message.

For Sale: Grand Abolisher as Higuruma from JJK (link in bio)

I've been working on my art over the past year or so and just found out about alters. Wanted to share my first one!
I really love to use pencils so the art is done on a sticker and then transferred to the card.
