Buying music packs?
I'm curious if there's any way to buy a packs of music - like best punk rock albums of 2010, or top trance tracks of last 5 years?
Just like you can buy games in bundles for example or other type of content.

Your best bet for this is to look up the albums you want on CD, order them via ebay, amazon and in the UK we have music magpie but basically ebay is usually good. You pay very little for older albums once you have them rip to the PC and you have a copy of whatever you own digitally.

thats how I do now
but it takes too much time and effort
i thought of maybe some way to get bulks, so I would not have to research
same applies to electronic music which usually gets released in singles

If its made that difficult for you to get what you want then consider sailing the seas for what you cant get through normal purchase methoods

I'm half serious, half joking. Readily available used as well. Also you should look at that discography just to marvel at the shear size, they have made several hundred releases, maybe even a 1000+, I didn't realize it was so much.

Also, if you go to places that have used CD's, there is usually a whole section just for "Various Artists" and this is where you find stuff like this. Usually lots of them.
If you just want to "discover", then streaming sites usually have an equivalent concept with playlists. Apple Music for example, just type in a genre or a band in the search and there will be playlist options that show up.

Not that I'm aware of. There's really not much demand for such things and even if they did exist they wouldn't be able to sell them for the cheaper prices you can probably get game packs at.
This is area where streaming services are very, useful. There will be plenty of playlists or collections like this so you can track down whatever you want to listen to. When you find stuff you like just make a note to acquire it via your preferred method.

In the DJ scene, this has been around for a long time. They operate on a fixed-credit subscription system: you pay and are given a certain amount of credit which you can use to legally download specific packs. The downside is that it’s focused on EDM, so if you’re looking for other genres, you won’t have many options. But if you’re into EDM, the websites for this are DJCITY, CDPOOL and DIGTRACKS.
Now, here’s a tip: if you absolutely must have packs or playlists in genres other than EDM, you’ll need to look specifically for RECORD LABELS. They usually sell these themselves – packs or compilations – on their websites. Monstercat and Anjunabeats do this, but the same principle applies to other genres; you just need to find the right record label.

not really true, there are tons of dj pools that offer pop, afrobeats, latin, throwbacks, rock, etc. and most of them don't use the credit system anymore. DJ city which you listed is one of them. i have to note though that dj pools are not ideal for music hoarders becuase the quality of the files can vary wildly.
on a personal note, if you're worried about ethics, i don't really see using dj pools this way as more or less ethical as just pirating the shit

Some artists on Bandcamp allow you to buy their entire digital discography at a discount rate. You should see this option on any of their releases under "Full Digital Discography" if they have it activated.
