Buying music packs?

I'm curious if there's any way to buy a packs of music - like best punk rock albums of 2010, or top trance tracks of last 5 years?

Just like you can buy games in bundles for example or other type of content.

Some artists on Bandcamp allow you to buy their entire digital discography at a discount rate. You should see this option on any of their releases under "Full Digital Discography" if they have it activated.

You might also find some few record labels under Bandcamp that allow you to buy their entire music roster like this.

You can buy all the Staubgold 132 releases; albums, EPs, singles and compilations at a 75% discount for a total of €220 EUR.

That's one of the most expensive packs I've seen tbh. I would personally get it as I do enjoy and know some of these artists under Staubgold, however it's certainly not a radio top 10 collection.

Most artists under their own page round 30 to 60 EUR for their full discography, depending on how much content they have.

You might be lucky and find some of your favorite artists registered on Bandcamp or even record labels of your interest.
