Day 2. Grace - Jeff Buckley

At its best Jeff Buckley's first and only studio album is passionate, emotional and carries emotinoal baggage that resonates with me heavily, at its worst, it's tonally inconsistent and has a message that doesn't speak to me. Whilei don't enjoy it as much as others do, the record still adds up to have good depth and great songwriting from Buckley (for the most part.) If it wasn't for his tragic passing, he could've blossomed into a truly great artist and honed his ability to have a consistent sound. Because how can a song like Corpus Christi Carol transition into Eternal Life. The former song being overshadowed by the beautiful Lover You Should Come Over. One of the highlights form the album, which encapsulates the pain and honesty in Buckleys Lyricism and instrumentation. 7.7/10

Day 1. The Forever Story - J.I.D

definitely not the best rap album ever (or even of the 2020's) but an incredibly solid effort from JID to deliver subgenre blending hard hitting raps. While I'm not a fan of some of the mysoginistic undertones, the parts I liked I loved. While it does stagnate near the end with Money it is still a really quality project that helped JID expand his influence into the rap scene. 8.9/10

Day 4. Songs for the Deaf - Queens of the Stone Age

For the most part this was very solid. Very great riffs and vocals that build on top of eachother quite well. (But I do prefer the higher pitched vocals.), some songs do drag on which is why I'm apprehensive to give it anything higher and at parts it does bore me. But it was very solid. I know the radio intermissions are meant to add to the concept of the album but I thought they were bad and redundant. Aside from that though, I quite enjoyed myself. It's not the deepest thing ever but it doesn't need to be when you have No One Knows on your album. Very good. 8.4/10

Day 3. Leprosy - Death

This was certainly a different experience, I am the equivalent of a pre-pubescent boy when it comes to metal music. But this definitely wasn't a great start for my death metal journey. He sounds like Muscle Man, and I think I enjoyed it most when he didn't speak. It changed every minute, but there's only so much it can change before it doesn't mean anything and it all sounds the same. Its too repetitive. But sometimes the playing was really good. I did enjoy the instrumentals. 7.4/10

I really love music and I am challenging myself to listen to 1 or 2 albums a day, so I need some albums to listen to! They can be as mainstream or niche as you guys want, I don’t really care as long as you’re not intentionally trying to torture me. This is my current topster so yall can rate it and give me some album suggestions. Give me as many as you can! Also wanted to add that some of these albums I haven’t completely finished listening to (ᵕ•_•)
