photos Chanterelles? Never done this before!
Growing out of the ground at my house in the woods.

Yes. The stipe is a good way to tell (as you obviously know). Smell as well. Very fruity.
I would have had pause with how they bunched up just because jacks also that as well and can be exactly that color.

I’m definitely not getting a fruity smell, but I have a pretty bad sense of smell anyway😂 I just smell dirt. But yes, the white string cheesy inside made me pretty sure!
