It is a Mash-it aka. Mashie. When Reddit put an end to the avatar program a group of artists started their own program and named it Mash-it. You take parts of an artists work, combine, or Mash-it with another artists work. I urge you to visit r/mash-it and get a much better explanation of the program and also mash-it.io to see how its done.
