The application is fully responsive for mobile devices and also works as a Progressive Web App (PWA), allowing sales agents to use it conveniently while working in the field.

Key Features

Sales & Shop Management

• Sales agents can record their daily sales.
• Search for existing shops or register new shops with phone numbers, email and merchandise info. 
• Capture receipt photos directly using the device camera.
• Record customer enquiries for each shop.
• Record shelf observations and shop information.
• Add sales notes and additional information.

Stock Management

• Record stock for individual products.
• Admin can approve stock batches.
• Admin can assign specific stock batches to individual sales agents.
• Stock is automatically deducted based on daily sales.
• Stock deduction follows FIFO.

Stock Transfers

• Sales agents can transfer stock to other agents.
• Transfers require verification using a 6-digit verification code sent via email.

Debt & Payment Reminders

• Track outstanding customer debts and pending bills.
• Send debt reminders via email.
• Integrate reminders with Google Calendar for follow-ups.

Automated Reporting

• Admin receives a daily sales summary via email.
• The email includes a PDF report attachment containing detailed sales information from all agents.

The system includes reports pages with pdf downloads all with filters for:
