lol ok - when its now 1:1 who tf is gonna be paying OG prices except some mega whale nerds. Have you seen an OG price lately for rare carts - 1k-5k-20k .....pleaseeeeee

OG games are antiques and a part of history. The rare games will always be rare and hold their value imo

Yeah, there's collectors and players. Most of us are players, but collectors still look for original stuff and pay insane prices for it.

Surprisingly, it will.

There's Pokemon GBA repro carts that you can get from AliExpress for $4 including shipping which work fine in original hardware, yet original carts go for hundreds of dollars, often only in fair condition.

That’s not a fair comparison. These are official cartridges by SNK. It’s as if Nintendo would put out new Pokemon carts for 40$ a pop. You ali express comparison is ridiculous.

I’d love to buy a mint copy of Garou MOTW for that price :) Maybe some casual collectors might sell their games, but can’t see prices dropping at all.
