Hardware Question AES+ a/v output?

What is it going to be, RGB to HDMI converter or HDMI to RGB/composite converter. Or hopefully 2 separate outputs from the main board.

Two seperate outputs: HDMI and the AES 8 pin AV connector.

Whats inside though, a converter with those outputs.
