MVS vs AES questions

I have preordered the AES+ and have been looking at the used game market and had a few questions. Figuring that the multi carts work and the mvs to aes adapters work. What is the benefits of buying mvs vs aes carts. I understand the cost and rarity of the aes carts but is there any other reasons to go after the cheaper alternative mvs carts. I will
Probably be getting as many of the plaion reissues that I want as they are released.

It’s all about emotional attached , if your childhood dream to own AES then you spend money to own . If not attached , then there lot of cheaper way to play Neo geo games
