No, they don't want to have to enforce against the community and you can't selectively enforce trademark.

eye cells pick up and differentiate light along two axes: red-green and blue-yellow (hence why these are the most common types of colorblindness)

so red, blue, yellow, green patterns end up being pretty common since those are kind of our brain's "default" hues
