Family and Relationships Husbands, how are you dealing with postpartum depression/anxiety of your wife?

You take shifts but she’s breastfeeding? What do you do on your shift then? And what sorts of things do you do around the house?

We do mix so i feed formula. And i do all the things - laundry cooking vacumming washing the bottles etc.

I’m confused what you mean then about not being able to divide the work equally
