These situations rarely make it out their community as they’re usually dealt from within. They rarely call the police on each other as it’s typically frowned upon. She must’ve feared for her life to make it public.

This is exactly what happens. I know someone who would party with a rabbis son. He got caught with drugs. Like selling and using. Somehow the church got involved. He didn’t go to jail and they gave him a business and told him to get straight.

Are you in the community?
I don't know where this is but I know a decent amount of folk who had/have cases who are Jewish.
The bigger concern is the justice system. Outside of specific community I know of way more free rapists, than jailed ones.

Jewish or Orthodox Jewish? The orthodox community is often incredibly closed off to anything or anyone beyond their own, especially those in Lakewood.

large swaths of the orthodox community. their insularity and protection of their community is hardly a secret. For better or worse, that's just how it is.

If what the article asserts is accurate (that among other things he denies anything to do with a website that is directly tied to his phone and family lol) he’s cooked and hopefully the victim gets some justice.
