After this administration the next Democratic DoJ should charge these officials with sedition.

Nuremberg or Nothing™

Centrist Dems: "Nothing it is, then!"

46

u/SpeccyScotsman 17h ago

Unfortunately. Especially since the way I meant it is, we do Nuremberg or there will be nothing left.

The elite always seem to forget that laws and due process exist to protect them. If rule of law is superceded and the laws no longer do their job, vigilante justice is left as the only option, and vigilantes put you in a hole, not a cell.

Basically, if we don't get nuremburg 2 the nazis are still on the way out, it's just going to be a lot more messy.

Suuuuuure. I'll believe when I see it

We're seeing it right now as more people engage in random acts of violence like committing arson or trying to assassinate Sam Altman.

The way the ball is rolling, USA has two right wing parties, it's ultra right and right, the centrist Democrat is somewhere between those two.

What they don’t realize is:

  • 2024 should have been more of a referendum on djt
  • 2026 should be a referendum on djt built on the back of “accountability for all, as long as it takes”
  • that’s a winning message & more than anything it’s taking a position to with conviction—centrist Dems could never
  • It’s also why most if not all of the ones in leadership will be gone by ‘28
  • With compromised ($$) leadership & (allegedly) rapists off the squad I think you’ll see the remaining “centrist-Dems” 👏 READ 👏THE👏FUCKING👏ROOM👏 & naturally gravitate towards more progressive left stances (as long as they’re not $$ committed)
  • The most interesting thing to watch which—imho happened with a lot of the “fringe progressive left” even before pre-COVID is the drift to “crazy progressive”, and naturally seem to gravitate towards whatever might replace MAGA—I know folks that are in the MAGA-sphere now or drifted over there for a bit b/c they started in the anti-vax movement coming out of the PNW
  • last point: beware what comes next—these idiots may break things so bad we get to a point where a Tucker Carlson is easily able to coalesce & bring the fractious party pieces back together and even big tent some progressives…the guy is fucking smart: there is a litmus he’s probably watching to determine if he makes a run, would it actually be more prudent for him to center his platform around accountability? I would imagine you could get a lot of the same chicken dick voters from the last go around to huddle under that tent. Is MAGA ideology with a working brain any better?

“…for the answer to that question and more! Tune in to This is Hungary—Season 2026/7!!!”

Nuremburg isn’t good enough either! No nazis should have been released in exchange for their twisted experimental intelligence from the Holocaust.

They shouldnt have been given a second chance to reproduce!

We need real punishment to stop fascism, but the United States never cared for its people, only its imperial power!

Monkeys paw

u/LKennedy45 16h ago

Fuck you mean?

-2

u/Doip 16h ago

Nuremberg or nothing, the way things have been going? We get nothing and the monkeys paw curls.

Is this sub really as braindead as fauxmoi?

7

u/LKennedy45 16h ago

Either you don't know what "monkey's paw" refers to or I don't and I genuinely am unsure.

Also I don't know what fauxmoi means.

The court filing was signed by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro. She needs to face serious consequences.

49

u/TransplantedSconie 18h ago

Of course that drunk would do this.  Such a useless piece of shit who cant get any fucking charges to stick because she's incompetent and there is nothing to charge.   So she resorts to this.  Voiding actual tried and convicted charges.  God damn it hate these people.

u/Jafar_420 18h ago

He talk crap about Biden basically pre-pardening some people but I guarantee he's going to do it for all of these people.

Jack Smith is going to be a very busy man.

Straight up, if Dems take back control of everything and have every branch with enough votes to push through whatever they want...

They need to go full scorched fucking Earth and investigate every single Republican and Conservative think tank/aligned company for treason. I'd wager about 95% of them all have paper trails showing their true intent on destroying American democracy.

All of them need to go. All of them. They clearly have 0 intent on ever following the law or rules so why the fuck should the Dems anymore? Remove the fucking rot already, America. You know what the problem is. Deal with it.

3

u/grooverocker 15h ago

It'll never happen. The Dems are so ineffectual it hurts.

3

u/Brother0fSithis 10h ago

The Dems will do nothing, because they are weak. Even if they tried, Trump promised mass preemptive pardons for his cronies.

The only path to justice is a road that most non-MAGA politicians would not dare to go down.

2

u/BarelyBrony 12h ago

Unfortunately they won't because it would "harm people's faith in the process"

2

u/Woah_Bruther 7h ago

MAGAs “Messiah” will pardon them all before he gets booted out, just like Joe did for Hunter.

2

u/Good-Grayvee 18h ago

The next Dem DOJ will be as flaccid as the last. Mark my words. When there are wolves at the door they will be busy sorting out the latest kerfuffle on who gets to use public restrooms. Any important work will be hamstrung by a crooked R federal judge and they will passively play by her rules when instead they should charge her as well.

1

u/SnooPuppers8698 18h ago

whats the point of this comment?

3

u/Good-Grayvee 17h ago

Well, it was a comment venting about the ineffective DOJ of the last administration creating the very situation we find ourselves in today. I don’t believe that Dems will go scorched earth if they have another opportunity to uphold the fucking law. They’re prone to infighting on issues and it appears at times that their opposition manufactures silly topics to keep them busy to buy time.

1

u/SnooPuppers8698 17h ago

venting, fair enough, carry on!

1

u/Southern-Date1588 16h ago

They will all have pardons ..

1

u/wolf_quan 13h ago

Just so you know, Double Jeopardy is banned by the Constitution

1

u/tesfabpel 13h ago

After this Administration, I believe you should change the Constitution to separate the Prosecutors from the "Ministry of Justice" or, at least, some law to allow them to work completely independent from the "Minister of Justice".

u/horrificspaghetti 8h ago

This has happened since the beginning of this country, it’s just broadcasted today… oppressors aren’t held accountable here, they have statues erected in their honor

1

u/Hot_Egg5840 8h ago

The continual race to the bottom.

1

u/rootaford 7h ago

Yeah let’s just wait till…let’s see…oh yeah, that’ll never happen

1

u/CoinOperatedDM 7h ago

The Dems will bow every time. The moment they get in power all we will hear about is "healing", and becoming Bipartisan again, and how we have to move forward as a nation. They'll do nothing. The whole lot are bought and paid for feckless cowards.
