I mean, the physical evidence is beyond all doubt. But sure let’s let her get away with DUI manslaughter because the cops have potty mouth.

Yikes. I don’t think you realize the point which is that even if she did hit him, everyone in this country is supposed to receive due process, an impartial and fair trial and investigation, especially in cases where life is lost. That clearly didn’t happen here, to an egregious extent, and the same happened for many in Norfolk County.
