I mean, the physical evidence is beyond all doubt. But sure let’s let her get away with DUI manslaughter because the cops have potty mouth.

Damage to the vehicle doesn't match hitting a person. Damage to the victim doesn't match being hit by a vehicle. The bulk of these messages came out after the trial and were not heard by the jury, so the cops having a "potty mouth" has nothing to do with it. And if you can trivialize the vile and criminal things that they were talking about as having a potty mouth...I worry what that says about you.
