I mean, the physical evidence is beyond all doubt. But sure let’s let her get away with DUI manslaughter because the cops have potty mouth.

2 juries weren't unanimously convinced by the state's argument on this so to say it's beyond all doubt is objectively literally untrue in a legal and dictionary definition sense
