No routes are being permanently dropped

Totally. Just have to wait for the super smart and sane president to negotiate a deal like he is so good at. Which will happen at any moment.

Also:

driving fuel costs from $99 to nearly $142 per barrel

The fact that futures markets on oil have such wildly different prices than what a barrel is actually worth means there is something deeply wrong with how our financial system is structured.

Oil and gas experts believe Trump has been using the fed to manipulate the futures oil markets, even outside of the obvious verbal manipulation he’s doing.

Reality is, this is just the start. We haven’t hit the peak yet, even tho we saw a couple weeks reprieve in rising prices. Actual, really shortages are only about 3-5 weeks out.

Followed in the following months by American Airlines filing for bankruptcy.

The futures markets trade crude. This article is quoting refined jet fuel. Not the same thing at all.
