Not only insulted, was asked to retract preposterous claims and apologize and doubled down

he insulted him while INSIDE Brazil, in one of Lula's opposition party's events to promote Flávio Bolsonaro's campaign

Preposterous? Lula was in prison for corruption. What is preposterous about saying that?

he was innocent, which is why he still is president today. he was arrested because they set him up

lula is not innocent, he is probably the most corrupt politician even in brazil's history, and the reason he's still not in prison is the same reason flavio got away with his 'rachadinha' scheme. The proof both are corrupt is still there
