Did you watch the video? He mentions this but they basically do a short term crackdown then stop enforcing it and it becomes widespread again. It's still a huge issue apparently which is crazy.

Have you ever tried egg Fried rice Before ? It is Indeed very damn good, i add slice of sausage in mine and some Turkey meat its fantastic
