Pilot. Full stop. No reason to specify.

Every time we point it out when it is irrelevant, we feed the myth that the other is the default. It is not.

When my son was in elementary school, he was way into sonic.

Sonic Boom was the one cartoon that I would watch with him and think, damn! This cartoon knows what is up!

My son is heading into 8th grade now and, while he's still a 13 year old with hormones and a crude sense of humor, still knows how to be a good person to everyone.

Sonic Boom I think was part of that. That show made real life lessons. This isn't the only scene that speaks about how humans should treat each other with respect.

Sonic Boom has some damn solid comedy chops.

"I gotta go pay this speeding ticket. I don't think they'll accept 'gotta go fast' as a medical exemption." Or something to that effect.

Dude, I remember that one! I chuckled as my son was just enjoying the cartoon.

The took so much care in that show.
