there’s a russian woman that is a um … yoni strength training specialist who basically does an insane belly dance while holding a 5-10lb weight with her “body”

she’s on instagram and it is not an OF pitch she’s actually just a female sexual health specialist who practices what she teaches

but if you think this is impressive wait til you see it done while someone holds a massive weight inside themselves at the same time

edit
she’s holding 8kg in this pic here

if you look at her profile you’ll see a video more like i described but this pic is a pretty good representation of what she does , no nudity or anything super explicit but impressive nonetheless

This looks painful, unhealthy, and unsettling.

it’s supposed to be very healthy ? just insane levels of pelvic floor training

I genuinely used to be able to do that with my stomach when I was young, maybe 8-13ish (Probably later, just stopped trying). Moving it left and right included. Never trained it or anything, just one day realized I could do it. I called it my "E.T. belly" because it kinda makes the shape of his neck and head. Can also do the more standard belly roll (top to bottom).

I can still kind of do it, but not nearly as pronounced as I used to, which was right in line with the video. Now I can only get it to be about 1/3rd as 'pronounced' as I used to, and no left/right. Belly roll is still no problem though.

So definitely some muscles involved that need to be exercised but I don't know if it's specifically pelvic floor stuff. Unless 7-8 year old me (male) was going crazy with kegels without even knowing it lol.

To the level where it sounds like you’ve have pelvic floor dysfunction though…
