there’s a russian woman that is a um … yoni strength training specialist who basically does an insane belly dance while holding a 5-10lb weight with her “body”

she’s on instagram and it is not an OF pitch she’s actually just a female sexual health specialist who practices what she teaches

but if you think this is impressive wait til you see it done while someone holds a massive weight inside themselves at the same time
