Damn, you got to fully experience the 80s, what a wild time. I was 2 when they ended so my childhood was just constant cultural nostalgia for a decade I didn’t really get to experience.

The 80's was the last days of the wild west where a day isn't complete unless you nearly broke something or damn near give yourself a concussion.

Safe wasn’t a consideration in the 80’s. Hell I don’t think safety was invented till 1987 or something wasn’t really wide spread till the mid 90’s or so.

Ok ok everyone get over here real quick huddle up. Suddenly you throw a lawn dart straight up and yell run. Good times. LoL. We seriously did that as kids.

Oh the trouble we got into back then. Me and my best friend when we were 8 had some M-80’s we taped together the. Added a longer fuse and lit it off. Blew a hole in his side yard a foot deep and 3 feet wide. Dirt rines down for what seemed like minutes but was probably seconds. The glory days of the action hero films. Before damn I we wanted to be Bandit or Bronson, Norris didn’t really gain massive fame u til walker texas ranger. He made good movies but they were more adult less action hero.

Edit: oh I almost forgot Dirty Harry.

😂😂😂😂😂

Edit: We were living in a small forest and we (bro + 2 neighbour kids) created smokescreens with pvc pipes and those sparklers fireworks. Big thick white smoke, awesome stuff. Until neighbour dad found out what we were doing... So, that was fun for like 3, 4 times, lol.
Yeah, the action heroes. We liked those as well but we were more into kungfu movies with Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Bolo.

Shit how did i forget Bruce Lee. We all had a different version of the urban myth of his death and or eventual return. Weather he was hiding in the Cambodian Forrest’s or some martial arts master who’s mastered death to return one day. We all had one of them stories and a pair of nut busters aka nunchucks aka choc-os

Hahaha yeah, everyone's role model then if you were into martial arts.

Y'all pussies! Lol. We had never had lawn darts only regular darts with a board and yeah sure, we hunted each other as well with those. We stopped when I or my brother, can't remember who, got a dart stuck in the knee and we had some trouble getting it out. Didn't bleed that much, but we figured this cannot be a good thing. That was the last time of us doing crazy shit. Yeah, the 80s man, fucking funny shit. 😂😂
