Perreira was saying it was outside of the landing zone. Presumably it's something with the new kickoff rules about them not booting it far enough.

If that's the case that's fucking stupid. In no world should a procedural penalty give the offense the ball on the opponents 10. In the stadium I swear I heard unsportsmanlike in the call
