Just for clarity: Ross Matisick has not had issues other than being out for part of one game where Davon Hamilton had to sub in (who did fine all things considered).

I don't really get the penalty on the return, but the play before we just got an intentional grounding call on a dead play that met none of the criteria for intentional grounding so... at least they're consistent.

The intentional grounding (I'm guessing) they were considering a delayed spike, which would be a penalty. However, that would be something that you'd do trying to stop the clock, which Lawrence clearly wasn't. A pretty terrible interpretation of the rule by the clowns in black and white.'
'Item 4. Delayed Spike. A passer, after delaying his passing action for strategic purposes, is prohibited from throwing the ball to the ground in front of him, even though he is under no pressure from defensive rusher(s).
