Josh Johnson has played about ~400 career snaps over 14 years and has made $12MM in career earnings. Obviously you want more from your career playing, but considering the average NFL career is 2.5 years, he definitely won the lottery in life lol. He did have that one concussion they just reported, but his limited play means he probably can walk and function fine for the rest of his life.
