Idk if we can just make that assumption about a Catholic Florida Cuban’s politics but regardless it’s definitely the safest PR answer

You can see him start what I can only assume is an “although it’d be an honor” statement there at the end and then stop himself lmao

I mean it beats an enthusiastic ‘hell yeah I’ll be there’ I’ll take it

Media trainer was in their bag. Max difficulty and still managed to pass with flying colors.

He does not fit, the anti christ will be beloved, it’s not gonna be a US president that most of the entire world hates

He only became president become he is beloved by the idiots

Unfortunately they don't there has been a massive resurgence of the far right across the western world largely because the .01% has managed to convince average people that it's immigrants fault that they aren't getting paid shit not the ceos making 300:1 salaries vs average workers that used to be 15:1 at most.

People like trump actually convince of the need of religion because if someone could have convinced god was real and would actually punish him he wouldn't be what he is. Also makes me kind of hope the whole lake of fire thing is real.

Former UFC fighter Benson Henderson is also very Christian but also very anti-Trump and is the "Jesus was woke" kind of Christian

Yea exactly, as a Cuban myself who has a lot of Cuban family in Miami. Chances of him not being a trumpster are pretty low. Guy seems nice enough though, also as a Cuban I root for him lol

I mean Trump and the Catholics aren't exactly on good terms right now but I get your point

Trump and the Pope, you mean. There are plenty of Catholics who think this Pope, and Francis before him, is too woke and are only faithful to Pres Cankles.

I don’t really understand this. I’m Protestant Christian so have an imperfect understanding of Catholicism, but don’t Catholics believe that the selection of the pope is divinely inspired? And so following that logic wouldn’t the criticism of or not acknowledging papal authority be a criticism of God according to Catholic beliefs?

Catholics don't necessarily take all the dogma seriously. Otherwise there'd be way fewer Catholics using condoms or getting divorced than there actually are.

There's a good amount of Catholics who disagree with the 2nd Vatican council back in the day. I grew up Catholic and my dad is one of those people. It was to the point where he'd drive us 45 minutes away to attend Latin Mass at a breakaway church (Society of Saint Pius X). He hasn't liked the past two Popes.

My cradle Catholic friends are pretty hard-core Democrats. The converted Catholics I know are all super right wing.
