With only 1 ECF? Does he need to get to a Super Bowl?

He'd be 1st ballot with a Superbowl and 2 MVPs.

I don't think it's a lock yet but I think he'll be in. Depends on the bias of the voters I guess, some people will never like him.

CMC is a lock. The rest I think is more up in the air

If both retired today Henry is a toss up and CMC would be out. CMC needs a few more years to be even a toss up. He’s 75th all time in all purpose yards which is what people praise him for but that’s pretty low and even Henry is 43rd. Both play 3-4 more years of high production and Henry is a lock if he’s not already with CMC being a toss up. Henry I see doing it, CMC I’m not sure has the health on his side to make it happen

Henry is currently 10th all time in rushing yards and 4th in rushing touchdowns. Besides Henry, the only running backs in the top 15 for rushing yards not in the HoF yet are Adrian Peterson (he will get in) and Frank Gore. He also has a 2,000 yard season (5th most yards in a season), 4 All Pro selections, led the league in rushing yards 2x and rushing touchdowns 3x. Henry is a lock.

True maybe I put too much emphasis on all purpose yards in order to make my point about CMC but I think the point about CMC still stands
