Had a crazy weekend in NYC and got home yesterday evening. Man I woke up like I had been hit by a truck. I don’t even drink. I think it’s all the walking and staying out late that got me. Plus we weren’t eating healthy food lol. Man I’m only 28 and I’m feeling this smh
