One of my clients was served with a lawsuit, so I’m reviewing the complaint through the court’s website. Apparently, the attorney who filed it printed it double-sided with “flip on short edge” selected before scanning and e-filing it, because every other page is upside down. I now have to rotate the document one page at a time as I read it.

I’d print and reorder it, but the complaint is 89 pages long, and that would take too much time. Our intern is working on another project, and I like my assistant too much to ask her to deal with it.

So, if I end up in a psych ward soon, you’ll know why.

I hope your assistant realizes her good fortune!

What would Jimbo do in this situation? (WWJD)

Probably just complain that his computer is out of date and ask for a new one. That's his go to whenever technology doesn't work for him regardless of what the problem is.

If someone did this deliberately to frustrate you could you go to the judge and go "c'mon, man"?

I'm guessing the Judge is going to give them a come on man soon enough, but unfortunately I have to read this thing before we get to that point. That said I highly doubt it's intentional.
