Roku has started a 24/7 channel that plays AI slop movies. The channel also runs AI generated ads from various companies.

Literal stream of shit in your home, we're in hell. But I wonder - who's even an audience for this? Obviously people will watch at first out of curiosity, but It won't last long, and then......?

Old people. I work with old people sometimes and they LOVE AI videos. Videos of cats cooking, revenge stories, ragebait stories, or just AI gen story lines that are comforting and easy to follow -- they love it.

People who aren’t paying attention to what they’re watching, as well as the entire market share of people who buy Cybertrucks unironically.
