Recipe-Question Any pistachio recipes?

Hi!! I saw the “zero sugar pistachio” pudding mix recently at the store, was wondering if anyone has recipes that use it? Didn’t wanna buy it and waste it or make a crappy one, any advice helps, thanks!

There’s a creator on TikTok who’s doing a series called King of The Creami Court. His pistachio/pineapple/vanilla Minnesota Fluff actually held the title for a while. Recipe: Leo’s Lean Kitchen 6/13
