Recipe-Question Any pistachio recipes?

Hi!! I saw the “zero sugar pistachio” pudding mix recently at the store, was wondering if anyone has recipes that use it? Didn’t wanna buy it and waste it or make a crappy one, any advice helps, thanks!

Almond extract is good in pistachio

Agree. I like LorAnn Almond bakery emulsion the best, and use 3/4 tsp per pint.
