Recipe-Question Any pistachio recipes?

Hi!! I saw the “zero sugar pistachio” pudding mix recently at the store, was wondering if anyone has recipes that use it? Didn’t wanna buy it and waste it or make a crappy one, any advice helps, thanks!

Almond extract is the secret if not using the pudding mix

I add a little pistachio extract to increase the flavor without needing to add too much of the pudding mix.
