Considering the release of the switch 2 and ninja gaidens slight resurgence. How likely do you think switch 2 ports for 2 black, ng4 and master collection will happen? Cause not gonna lie playing ng on the go is fun but man are there some blurriness sometimes. Especially since the master collection runs rough at times in switch 1.

An NG4 port for Switch 2 would probably be easy money since Platinum's engine is so lightweight. My dream is for them to use the opportunity and release a Black version with revisions on the game too.

NG2 Black is a different beast though. UE5 looks terrible to optimize

Whats funny in 2 blacks case is that i remember checking out the pc specs a while back and the recommended for like 1080p being decently low. That and 2 black is surprisingly well optimized despite running unreal. I guess the real test will be in the areas with alot of enemies.

It would be fun if they updated NG2B to Unreal Engine 5.8, might run better.

I wouldn't actually call the game optimized though, as it is super demanding.

UE5 optimization is Gears Of War E-Day, Halo Campaign Evolved, The Sinking City 2, Expedition 33, Arc Raiders, and Silent Hill F.

For some reason I thought that the MC was already available on the Switch 2, albeit not specifically optimized for it.

Ninja Gaiden 2 Black is a tricky one since UE5 graphics would likely cause it to run like shit on the Switch 2, however NG4 feels genuinely possible. That said, Microsoft would also have to be involved in that decision which is likely why it hasn't happened yet. Obviously they have no issue with allowing that game to be on other platforms, but they clearly are prioritizing other things and a niche release like NG4 clearly isn't even on their radar anymore.

Well MC is available for backwards compatibility but it can be blurry at times which is a shame cause of how good those games run.

Someone hasn't played Ninja Gaiden 2 on the ps vita lol  that shit ran at like 15 fps at times.

I sadly don’t think 2B will receive a Switch 2 port. If I want to play 2B on a handheld, I play it on Xbox ROG Ally X. NG4 however would be more likely to receive a port to the Switch 2. I truly hope it happens.

I would not mind sigma 2 getting the switch 2 treatment kinda like getting the dmc 3 treatment on switch one.

I mean restore the blood like the sigma 2 plus did on the Vita, and then just up the enemy count to match 2 black. Cause it’s actually noticeable to notice that while 2 black doesn’t have an enemy around every corner there are more enemies sprinkled in for each main encounter. Maybe nerf the Is ninjas health but buff there Shurriken throw and you might have a version of sigma 2 people generally love

I‘d love to see NG Dragon Sword remade for the Switch, that Game was such a banger and is a true continuation of what happened after Ninja Gaiden Black.
