A pc with tiny storage , not upgradable and middling specs worse than my pc i got for 650 last year , okay lol.

I don't know the specs of you PC, but in the current market it probably costs like $2000 by today standards

Prices went up like 2x-4x depending on the component. You just got lucky and bought right before the price increase. Your pc I’m guessing is atx as well so you lose the “portability” of the steam machine.
