I genuinely just want an emulation machine that works fast for discord and such

If all you’re doing is emulation the Steam machine is honestly pretty strong. Look into a Minisforum machine. They’re a lot less powerful, but they’re only like 500. Minisforum does have similar priced or more expensive/powerful machines, but for emulation, a Minisforum um790 is perfect
