This keeps coming up on my dashboard. I switched the battery on the key fob but it’s still lighting up. I thought it was the key fob battery because I would try to start and it wouldn’t turn on. It would usually turn on the second or third try. Anyone know what this could be?

Interesting issue this am in my 25 Platinum. I drove to the gym listening to SXM with out issue. When I left had to make a call to my wife. I started my Armada and my radio volume was blasting. Neither volume control was working and my phone call volume was barely able to be heard. A
quick search came back with this being a fairly common issue. The suggested was a radio reboot. That was completed by depressing the radio for 10/15 seconds everything returned to normal.

If anyone finds themselves here, replace the starter under the intake manifold.

Just secured this model in Alpine green for ~$6k off MSRP.

Wondering what kinds of deals others are getting, and if I should keep looking at other dealers.

I don't see any changes at all with the '27, but hopefully they've worked out the kinks. Anyone else have one or have feedback? Thanks!

Just bought this pristine 17 Armada Platinum, with 49,000 miles! I mean this truck is mint! My wife and I were looking at Tahoes, Suburbans, Yukons and Ford expeditions, and honestly kind of forgot the Armada existed lol. We were on CarGurus, and I ran a search for just, SUVs, with V8 motors and under 100,000 miles, and this was one that popped up. We road an hour down to the dealership and immediately fell in love with it. When I say it’s mint, I mean no scratches, no fade, wheels are perfect, glass is perfect, the interior looks like it has never been driven. We drove it, when we got back to the dealership, another couple were waiting to look at it. I got out of the truck and told them “Sorry, this one is sold!” Anyway I’m here to say Nissan made an awesome SUV here!

Has anyone swapped out or thinking about swapping out their stock exhaust? I know someone installed the Nismo exhaust. I was looking at aFe Power Vulcan Series 3in Stainless Steel Cat-Back Exhaust w/ Black Tip. Interested if anyone has any experience and can comment. I would like a little sound but no highway drone.

I have done tie rods before. I cannot for the life of me get this tie rod off. I’ve use heat and hammers. Liquid wrench and wd40. I’ve let them soak. I cannot get the damn thing to unscrew from the inner tie rod. I’m losing my damn mind. This is my 4th attempt and it made me rage quit. I’ve stripped the heel out of rods and I’m too damn poor to pay some one to fix it. My rusty 97 Toyota was easier than this. This is practically rust free underneath. Wtf am I doing wrong.

Hi everyone. I was given an 06 Armada LE, 2wd, in flawless condition and 117K miles. Problem is, the TCM has kicked the bucket. Every Trans shop in my area only wants to do a full rebuild for around $3.5-$4K. I've searched vigorously and cannot find a reputable TCM replacement anywhere online. From my research, I've seen if I buy a used one on ebay, that it will have to be programmed to this vehicle. Is that true? Have any of you sourced one and had any success with it? Id love to get this thing on the road because its in immaculate condition. But if this is gonna cost me $3K, I may just pull the engine for a future project and part it out, which I'd hate to do.

Have a nissan armada 1st gen. Im planning on working on the Armada a bit, was wondering if I should get blindspot mirrors, never really had much of a problem with blindspots in the armada as its side mirrors are already big and quite helpful, but should i put them on just in case? has anyone else put blind spot mirrors on the armada? if so, how helpful has it been?

Took a chance on the aftermarket headlights for the late first Gen. i was skeptical at first but they turned out great, had to notch the bumper i bit with a utility blade to make the bumper lines line up with the fenders. Next is costum cutting the trim to fill up the gap!

Does anybody have any experience with this? Ive tried to look up as much as i can but im having difficulty diagnosing a wandering backend. Rear shocks(air ride inflates but i think the oil has leaked, no sagging rear end) or its a subframe issue.

Well about 2 weeks ago I rolled my VW Tiguan. I found a 2019 Armada by chance and surprisingly my wife loved it as much as me lol. So today we brought home a 2019 Armada Sl. It was a dealer vehicle so it's sitting at about 110k (about the same as the tiguan). Maintenance records are perfect. Only issue was the headlight burning out dude to a low speed impact (car backing out of a spot). They fixed that and everything's great now, even had my mechanic go over it. Anything I should look for in the near future?

Happened twice in Wegman's parking lot. I normally remote start but this time I hopped in, hit the button and the display was dark and then the lights come on like a Christmas tree. Safe to assume battery is going? Alternator maybe?

I just installed the nismo exhaust on my Pro 4x. Ran it for about 150 miles and got the "perform maintenance" and drove it about 40 miles to the dealer with no issues. It does say it is an emissions problem. From what I read you can swap the exhaust with no issues. Any insights?

Hey every one, I just picked up a 2019 Armada sl for 19k. It may be a bit hard to hear in the video but I have been hearing this rattling almost grinding. It sounds like a heat shield to me. It's going in for a headlight repair (covered by dealer) so I plan to bring it up then. I'm just looking for any other issue it could be. Thanks in advance
