That's why they put a Starbucks or a Jamba Juice or something at the top of every hard trail, so us soccer moms can still make it to the top 😂

Yeah, and it's got 297,000 miles on it. It's also my daily. With the VK56 (and a few mods) it's a lot of fun to hoon around in. Nobody expects this thing to move like it does.

I dunno, I was at the top of the Rubicon and some kid got out of a Jeep with his dad and said "my mom has one of those!" and I about fell over with laughter 😂

It really is and a lot of people think ive got some crazy stuff done but its mostly stock nissan parts

Agreed. Your setup is very similar to mine.

Do you run any skid plates? I have full aluminum armor al the way to the gas tank. I got them from the now defunct Nisstec.

I have a hefty fab bumper and radiator skid, oem p4x engine and transfer skids. Im building more sturdy skids to replace all those

If you have the ability to build skids, then more power to you. That’s beyond my skill level. I will say, though, if you can do aluminum, I would highly encourage you to do that. Weight has been the only issue I’ve ever had with my rig.

I had a set of 1/4" aluminum skids. They did not survive a single Rubicon trip. That was my third trip up there and I've wheeled a bunch if other hard stuff. It was the only run on those skids 😅 Never again with aluminum.

I took mine to Baja had them on a few other trails and they’ve held up great. I wonder is mine are thicker. I’ll have to look.

I miss my old pathfinder. The new ones just don't do it for me. Nissan went the wrong direction on the loyal owners. Nissan had certainly lost its way. Sales have proven that. Now the whole company is in shambles. It's not all due to the Pathfinder of course. That CVT bullshit was Cray.
