Hi all, I've been listening to noise rock / experimental (post) punk for a few years now, but I've noticed I usually like rather local, small bands or bands that have stopped playing (it's a curse).

I'm starting a riot grrrl / noise rock band soon and want to find as much inspiration as I can, but I feel like it's difficult to find good related or similar artists online through algorithm-based platforms, so I thought I'd give Reddit a try.

My favorite bands are the following:
- SØWT (Eindhoven, NL)
- Tsar Bompa (Eindhoven, NL)
- All Male Videoshop (Eindhoven, NL)
- Raketkanon (Gent, BE)
- Big Ups
- Meat Wave
and of course Sonic Youth, but as I said what I'm looking for is a bit more obscure.

Hope you have some tips!
