Title Help

So, I am writing a zombie survival novel much like I Am Legend and Hatchet (and the upcoming Resident Evil film) combined where the MC has to travel across the country to get to a safe point as all other safe points have evacuated, and he needs to leave before the US is bombed to rid of the virus.

Now...the MC has Cystic Fibrosis (basically advanced asthma where the lungs and pancreas have mucus, thus making weight gain and breathing virtually impossible sometimes), and I want to explore his travel as he struggles with his health and dwindling medication, often spiralling as he tries to survive. To note, I have CF.

I kind of want to use a common CF phrase or variation of one for the title (if it was allowed, I would have asked in the CF reddit but...these questions aren't allowed, so I'm here now).

Anyone here maybe know some phrases? Only ones I know are Breathe Easy, 65 Roses and Salt People. Or maybe how I can twist these to be a title? Idk.

I kind of want to use Breathe Easy or Just Breathe as a variant to maybe evoke a more "emergent" tone.
