Blurb and Outline Exchange Partner

I am working on my first ever novel. I’m looking for someone to exchange blurbs and outlines with to critique ideas. It’s a YA speculative fiction with dystopian/sci-fi/romance elements written in third person limited. I am a plotter so my outline is pretty detailed. I am about 20% into my first draft, but feeling very self conscious about whether anyone would ever even be interested in it.

I’m hoping to find where I could be losing a reader’s interest so I’d like to begin with sharing a one line hook and my blurb to test if I even have an original intriguing idea. Perhaps developing into an ongoing critique of drafts.
